How it all began

Exploring our artistic side in nature

Once upon a time, in namma ‘uru…

We asked our colleagues what they did over the weekend.
‘Nothing bro’. ‘Just chilled at home, what else’. ‘Partied hard maccha, full scene’.
All the while complaining and bonding over the shared struggle with traffic.

Surely there’s a lot to do in our city. Meanwhile, we went outside Bangalore, exploring spots in villages and nature, which usually led to us getting creative in our hobbies. It was great to just relax in nature after a week of sitting in front of screen, and to reenergize for the coming week.

This got us thinking why not invite more people to join us in our hobbies. We held a few workshops to meet like-minded people indulging in art we cherish. Getooo was born.

Now we are a small community of artists and are on the mission to bring out the artist in everyone. Another mission, close to our hearts, is to preserve and pass on traditional and local artforms, that are quickly fading away, by learning and supporting the artisans.

Getooo is a space where art meets adventure, creativity meets relaxation, and tradition meets the future. Here, people of all ages can explore new hobbies, connect with their creative side, and support artists.
