This past weekend was a memorable experience filled with nature, creativity, and camaraderie. Hosted by the Getooo, the event promised an adventurous escape into the heart of nature.
Starting with Fun Games
The day started off with some fun games, breaking the ice and getting everyone into the spirit of adventure. Laughter and friendly competition set a joyful tone for the day ahead.
Exploring Nature
Our journey began with a delightful nature walk around Girish’s expansive farm. As we strolled through the lush greenery, Girish shared his extensive knowledge about the various plants and trees that adorned the landscape. His explanations of the uses and peculiarities of each plant added a rich layer of appreciation for the natural world around us.
Hike to the sunset point
After the enlightening nature walk, we embarked on a guided hike led by the experienced Jagdish. The trail was invigorating, offering breathtaking views and a sense of accomplishment as we made our way to the hillock, which served as a perfect sunset point. The fresh air and the sounds of nature invigorated our spirits, setting the perfect tone for the rest of the day.

At the hillock, we were greeted by the serene sight of the setting sun. Karthick, our painting instructor, set up easels and canvases, encouraging us to capture the beauty of the sunset. Under his guidance, we painted our interpretations of the stunning view, creating beautiful memories and pieces of art to take home.
Pitching Tents and BBQ
As the sun dipped below the horizon, it was time to set up camp. Deepak guided us through the process of pitching our tents, turning it into a fun and collaborative effort. Once our temporary homes were set up, we moved to the BBQ area. The aroma of grilling food filled the air as we enjoyed a delicious feast under the stars.
