General Policy:
- Full refunds: will be issued for cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date.
- Partial refunds: may be issued for cancellations made 3 days to 2 days before the event date, with a 40% cancellation fee deducted.
- Partial refunds: may be issued for cancellations made 1 day before the event date, with a 80% cancellation fee deducted.
- No refunds: will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the event date.
- No refunds: will be issued for no-shows.
- Refunds: will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
- All refunds: will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions:
- In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or reschedule, we will offer a full refund to all ticket holders.
- In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as illness or a natural disaster, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
